Vista Ridge Family Dentistry

I had to have a crown taken out and redone at another office due to poor quality (after less than a year). The time and expense was beyond painful. Also, their accounting practices are to overcharge and hold on to your money as long as possible. It will take hours and hours of your time to reconcile. I gave up after a few years of dealing with it, which is when I found out that the crown I had just gotten was not well done at all. This place is not worth it.

Started out as a positive experience but after a filling was done I had months of pain and it required a redo. Not saying it was done incorrectly because I'm just a layman who is not a health professional, but the second time around it was fine. I had to pay to visit the dentist for that because my insurance benefit only allows two visits with the dentist per year but I think they wrote off the actual redo of the filling. Anyway, as time went on they eventually dropped my Humana insurance all together and then I had a bunch of billing problems stemming from a verbal promise of "we won't charge to this time" in regard to the insurance changes, and that took several calls and weeks to resolve. Now I'm attending Rock Point which is affiliated with this place but again, caught in a never-ending billing problem for a straight-forward filling procedure and I can't get a call back from the billing person. Used to recommend them but now I'm leery. Your mileage may vary.

I liked this dentist at first .. but I had a severe toothache and they were too busy to see me in an emergeny. I just think they shouldn't be so over booked they can't see an established patient when they needed it. I was able to get in with another dentist as a new patient much faster .

I found this office on the internet after looking for sedation dentistry. The first appointment was thorough and well explained and the dentistry visit under sedation could not have gone better.
I am now in my 6 month smile braces and the dentist for this program explains each piece of the treatment and keeps me well informed on anything that might come up. The office staff is beyond wonderful as well.

I highly recommend this office for any dental needs.

I have been to a lot of Dentist office (let’s face I don’t have the best teeth) and they made me feel so relaxed. They take their time and make sure you understand what is going on .

Very good service, and pain free!! On a routine visit more severe problems became evident. Rather than a quick fix the dentist researched and found a provider that specialized in this issue and referred me to a specialist. He has kept up with my treatment and shows a care for his patient that I have not experienced with other dentists.

Vista Ridge Family Dentistry is the best! What initially drew me there years ago was the option to have sedation during procedures. Turns out that wasn’t necessary - the team put me at ease!

This office is full of knowledgeable professionals. The space, itself, is inviting and comfortable. The dental work isn't as terrifying to come back to, as any other dentist I've been to before.
