Vista Ridge Family Dentistry

My two young (6 and 2) daughters and I had our first visit to Vista Ridge (Dr. Kerr) last week. I hadn't been to the dentist in quite some time and it was my daughters' first visit. I wasn't sure how I was going to handle two kids while having my appointment, but the staff was EXTREMELY helpful keeping the kids entertained and safe while I wasn't able to. Dr. Kerr and his staff were professional, friendly and patient. We will definitely go back! Thanks for making the dentist a good experience for everyone!!!

Dr Kerr has been our family dentist for the past 5 1/2 years and we wouldn't ever think about going anywhere else. Dr Kerr and his team truly cares about his patients and treats them like they are part of his family. He did some work on my 5 year old and our initial plan changed due to unforeseen circumstances, but I was amazed at how easily he put my not only my child at ease, but myself as well. I highly recommend Dr Kerr and really cannot say enough good things about him. He will be our forever family dentist!

We were new to the area and I just happened to stop by to ask some questions. The front office person was extremely helpful and friendly. While I was there Dr. Kerr came out and introduced himself with a genuine interest in my family as future patients. When my son and I came back for our actual visit, again the entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The x-ray tech was conversational and made sure my comfort level was taken care of. The hygienist was very gentle while getting the necessary work done. Dr. Kerr was great at finding common things to talk about both with my son and myself while doing his part of the examination. My son enjoyed the visit and was excited about this being our dental office.

I went to this dentist office for the first time in the spring and saw Dr. Hedgecock and Nicole and I absolutely loved it! The office is comfortable and inviting and both of the receptionists welcomed me with a warm greeting. There was hardly a wait and I was seen at my exact appointment time. Nicole did a great job at explaining to me what to expect during my visit, and every visit i go to. (I've had several visits since then) The environment is so relaxing that I almost fell asleep during each visit! They have TVs on the ceilings that you can watch while they are working on your teeth, they give you these nice warm neck pillows and a blanket. Since my dental surgery, I am actually excited to go back for my next visit! I def will recommend them to friends and family

I had my first appointment at Vista Ridge Family Dentistry and was really impressed. The entire office was spotless and the staff was so friendly. Aleysha was my dental hygienist and she really took the time to explain everything that she recommended to help with the overall health of my teeth - and was as nice as can be! Then I met with Dr Patel who made me feel really comfortable and walked me through everything. Overall I am so happy I made the switch to Vista Ridge Family Dentistry and highly recommend them.

My first experience here went tremendously. I've always been extremely nervous about going to the dentist but the entire staff was friendly, understanding, and genuinely seemed to care about my well being. The consult went smoothly, Dr. Hedgecock explained all of my treatment options in terms I could understand and answered all the questions I had. I was walked through all the various ways I could pay for the suggested procedures and not pressured at all to make my decision on the spot. I'm confident when I return to have the procedure I'll receive the best care possible - and that eases the "dental anxiety" quite a bit for me.

My 3 children and I have been going to Vista Ridge for the past 2 years since we moved to Cedar Park. We have had a positive experience at each and every appointment. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My kids, including my autistic son, always feel safe and reassured. I am glad we found a great dentist and would recommend them to anyone.

My family and I have been going to Vista Ridge Family Dentistry for a LONG time and we all love it! My kiddos (ages 5-11) look forward to their dentist appointments because they get to see Sara (our hilariously goofy hygienist) and they think Dr. Kerr is SO funny. They are always smiling when we leave there (not a joke, for real) and when we get in the car they ask “when do we come back to the dentist”....lol. I’m not typically a “reviews” type of person, but for this Office I do believe they are hands down the best of the best!! From the time you walk in (everyone greets you) and offers you a water and when you leave the ladies are very helpful with any insurance questions you may have. Love it! Keep doing what your doing Dr. Kerr...y'all are amazing😁

I'm taking on responsibilities as an adult and scheduling visits to the doctor, chiropractor, and dentist. My most recent new office visit was to Vista Ridge Family Dentistry. A few of my co-workers and their family members have visited Vista Ridge Family Dentistry, and all of them had glowing reviews. My wife also recently visited and absolutely loved them. This last week was my turn.

I don't have any fears of visiting the dentist. I never have. Even if I did, I think that my fears would be put away, because the staff, from reception to the assistant to the hygienist to the dentist, was great. They all were excited to talk with me and to explain what it was they were doing, and, of course, tell me the condition my mouth was in. It's been a little while since I've visited the dentist, but they complimented my smile more often than not, and when there were some small issues (which were few), they explained in a caring and comforting way how I can best maintain and correct them.

During the moments I was unable to talk, I was comfortable, and the assistant and hygienist would talk to me or just tell me something about their family life. I love to hear other people's stories, so my visit was fun.

Dr. Kerr was also energetic and positive. We had a great exchange, and I can tell he's loving what he does, and that he truly appreciates your time. I hope he and the entire team succeed, because they deserve to.

The entire first visit was just under an hour and a half. My next visit is in six months (typical scheduled cleaning/follow-up). I'm looking forward to it.

I was referred to Vista Ridge Family Dental by a friend to get a second opinion on my son's teeth. The staff is professional, courteous and were so warm and friendly with my son. Dr. Kerr was very nice, advised me about the best course of action to take and took the time to re-assure me. At scheduling time, Dr. Kerr, the hygenist and front office staff went above and beyond to work with my schedule in order to get my son in as soon as possible. I am so impressed with this office!
