By far the best experience at a dentist that I have ever had. Dr. Kerr and his team at Vista Ridge are prompt, punctual, friendly, knowledgable and provide world-class service from beginning to end. They have excellent customer service and are in high communication with you as the client through e-mail and text leading up to and after your appointment. I have been a client of theirs for a couple of years now, and every time I go I am put at ease by their friendliness and professionalism.

I highly recommend Vista Ridge to anyone and everyone looking for the best dental office in and around Austin. A++

Dr. Kerr and his team are kind, caring, and professional. The office environment is great and everyone at Vista Ridge goes out of their way to ensure patient comfort, explain their approach to care, and answer questions. I've seen them for regular cleanings and a couple of procedures and they always take the time to get it exactly right. I have complete confidence in the team, the quality of the work, and offer an unqualified recommendation for this dental practice.

This was my first visit to Vista Ridge. I have a lot of anxiety when visiting the dentist, but everyone that I met at the office did their best to create a calm and relaxing environment. Alicia and Desiree were both wonderful during the initial examination and cleaning and were sympathetic to any discomfort I had. I felt that Dr. Kerr addressed the things I was concerned about and didn’t push a bunch of unnecessary treatments. I would highly recommend this office.

Although I know that not everyone's experience at their dentist is terrifying, I hope that, at least some, enjoy it as thoroughly as I did, when I visited Vista Ridge Family Dentistry. Everyone, and I mean everyone, in the staff is awesome, from the front desk to the doctor, passing through the hygienists. In my case, Heather and Tatiana, assisting Sarah, were not only efficient and professional, but tons of fun. At the same time, Sarah, who is also fun, is very knowledgeable, clear, and concise with her explanations; and very good at what she does. All this, I am sure, makes life super easy for Dr. Patel and her colleagues. Thank-you, Vista Ridge!

We've visited Vista Ridge Family Dentistry multiple times during last few months for checkups/fillings etc for the entire family. We've had a uniform positive experience with the front office, all the doctors, hygienists, assistants, et al.
The facility is nice, medical equipment look to be in perfect shape and the rooms are equipped with TVs to keep kids and adults entertained during the discomfort :) They made sure my kid does not get a negative experience and develop a fear of dental checkup/cleaning.
We'll certainly keep going back.

When it comes to billing, I found that they could make an extra effort to get you pre-approved by insurance - especially for expensive procedures, and to explain the costs not covered by insurance clearly upfront.
After a few procedures, I had to go through insurance numbers and their charges a few times to understand what I've paid through my pocket. I did not find anything wrong - but I had to dig. I'm taking a star off for this and am willing to add it back after future experience.

Always a great, friendly, efficient experience every time I come. Tatiana was very professional and through. She educated me thru the whole process of my cleaning! Dr Kerr as always has an amazing bed side manner. Highly recommend!

I recently moved to the area and heard a few great reviews from a coworker about Vista Ridge Family Dentistry, so I decided to give them a try. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. The staff was warm and friendly, the amenities and equipment are state of the art, I even got to watch fishing shows while I got my teeth cleaned. Dr. Kerr has a great personality and made me feel totally at ease, which has never happened at the dentist office before! I will definitely return and recommend them to anyone I can.

Recently my dentist I have gone to for years closed their practice and was recommended to Vista Ridge Family Dentistry. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the smooth transition that Dr. Kerr and staff provided on my first visit. I had an apprehension due to going somewhere new, but quickly was put at ease with the friendly atmosphere upon arrival to the professionalism given during treatment.

Having fear of dentist from past experiences as well as recent. Finding Vista Ridge Family Dentistry was the best thing to happen to me and my mouth.
From the moment I called I was comfortable. And after going for my first appointment I have been truly satisfied and extremely happy with my choice. The entire staff is GREAT and and very friendly and professional. It's like a family atmosphere there. And Dr. Patel is so easy to talk to and make you feel completely at ease.

What a great experience my family and I had at Vista Ridge Family Dentistry today! My wife, 4yr old daughter, and I visited Dr. Kerr today and my daughter still hasn't stopped talking about how much fun she had at her first dentist appointment.

The amenities, decor, toys, and friendly atmosphere made it an amazing experience for us all. The staff and docs are VERY friendly and they constantly made it a point to explain and educate us on the procedures while cleaning our teeth so we knew what to expect. They did a very thorough job cleaning our teeth and were very gentle doing it.

I've already referred my brother-in-law and his wife, and you can bet I'll be telling all of our friends as well. If you have any hesitations about scheduling an appointment with them, just pick up the phone and make an appointment because you won't regret it. You will enjoy it and your teeth will thank you!
