Very knowledgeable and friendly staff definitely more expensive too! Double check recommendations for other alternatives because dentists forget maximums on policies and what out of pocket expenses can be especially for seniors who also may need more care!

I'm a choosy mom and I had some concerns about oral sedation for my 6 year old's treatment, but Dr. Kerr and his staff were fantastic. I was with her for the entire treatment, and it was clear that they used the minimal amount of medication to do a great job helping her be comfortable but without any kind of medical risk. His bedside manner with her was also fantastic, explaining everything that was going on in very kid-friendly terms. In the end it was an easy and pain-free experience, even though she had some pretty extensive work that needed to be done. I would recommend!

Everyone at this practice is extremely knowledgeable and they have great customer service! They really want the absolute best for their patients. They took the time to educate me on the best practices for avoiding plaque around my braces! I had two cavities filled and Dr. Kerr himself called me the next day to see how my teeth were doing. I’ve been coming here for almost four years and have all intentions of continuing to be a patient!

As a returning customer I find that as usual, this office is professional, accurate and personable. The staff are well trained and efficient. The scheduling is careful and there is almost never a wait for the scheduled appointment time. The office is clean and nicely decorated with a nice flow- including the special kids' section of toys and amusements. Drs. Kerr, Hedgecock and Patel have worked hard to make their practice reliable, welcoming and helpful for all patients. This includes making visits and procedures less-fearsome for those with dental fears. Keep up the great work folks!

I love the staff at Vista Ridge Family Dentistry. I didn’t grow up in the most hygienic home. So brushing my teeth wasn’t something I was really taught to do. After many years of poor dental heath, Dr. Kerr and the Rest of the team have helped me get on the right path to a better smile.

It was my first time back to the dentist in over 6 years (yikes!). I make my kids go but neglect my own teeth because I don't like going. Dr. Kerr and his staff were awesome! They took a lot of time explaining things to me, the cleaning was painless, and they really made me feel comfortable enough to go ahead and schedule the appointment for the crown I need. I'm really glad I read the reviews before I went and am very pleased with my experience here.

Just had the worst dental experience of my life at Vista Ridge Family Dentistry! 16 - 18 X-rays and 40 minutes later they still hadn't started my cleaning...though the hygienist was not too busy to try to sell me on having crowns installed....which was interesting since the woman in the waiting room was there for, yes you guessed it, crowns!!

Scam artists? Who knows, but I do know that if you're looking to switch dentists, avoid Vista Ridge Family Dentistry like the plaque!

New patient here and I love it! All of the staff members are so nice and professional. Every time i’ve been in, i’ve been seen quickly. Highly recommend.

I was excited about going to this place after I felt that I got a good customer service experience with the dental hygienist and Dr Wahi. But the billing and front staff are horrible! Shelby is very unprofessional and it’s evident she don’t care about the client. I don’t know how an office could employ someone like here when it doesn’t fit the culture of the dentist and hygienist staff. Also the rates are much higher than other local dentist offices. If you want a good dentist, come here but I must warn you - your billing and front staff service is horrible. At the end of the day, your experience will be affected outside the dental services. I will not be back because of Shelby, nor will my son. Customer services is way too important to
me.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist and I wish it was this easy at the doctor! Check in was a breeze for a first time patient and waiting area is comfortable and has coffee :) I always expect bad news and the staff was empathetic toward my anxieties. The dentist was great and even quickly fixed a cosmetic issue on my tooth; free of charge. I did not receive bad news, so I left happy. Made happier by the fact that they gave me so, so, so much good information on how to best care for MY teeth - I have tricky ones ;) Also, the woman who checked me out was super friendly and down to earth - not that faked forced professionalism! What I liked most about this office was that it really flowed nicely because everyone seemed to be working as a team. I will be taking my daughter here as well as referring anybody I know. I am so happy I don't have to dread cleanings!
