Vista Ridge Family Dentistry is amazing! I can't express how grateful I am to their staff for making my visit enjoyable after avoiding the dentist for a few years due to not being happy with other ones in the area. I have high anxiety when it comes to medical procedures in general; Vista Ridge was thorough in my initial examination and explaining all of the work I needed done, why, and fully transparent about cost. I had multiple issues taken care of in one appointment while sedated (including all four wisdom teeth removed), which helped my anxiety and saved time by not having to go back for multiple visits. Dr. Wahi and Dr. Patel were absolutely INCREDIBLE and made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and in good hands. Seriously, they're amazing. The appointment was so stress free, which I thought was impossible for getting dental work done! All of my dental work went perfectly and I was given clear instruction and materials/medications needed for at-home care. A few days after my appointment I had a concern on a Saturday, and both Dr. Wahi and the owner called me back within an hour and didn't rush the phone calls - they wanted to ensure I was okay and explain anything they thought was relevant to my concern. Dr. Wahi even followed up a few more times via phone call just to ensure I wasn't in any pain and my recovery was going well. I cannot recommend Vista Ridge Family Dentistry highly enough! Their entire staff truly cares about their patients and provide the best dentistry in the Austin area. Thanks so much for everything!

My family & I have been coming to VRFD since 2013/2014. They are worth the drive from Elgin/Coupland area. Dr. Hedgecock & Dr. Kerr were who we initially saw & eased my “I really really dislike dentists in general.” The two of them & Ms. Sara the hygienist took very good care of me and my dental needs...so impressed with them & their genuine care, they became my orthodontist too. They have been my child’s dentist & have taken great care of my child as he grows up. As the practice has grown & great new team additions & Dr. Patel, we continue to have great service, customer services, clean, warm, and welcoming. Can’t see my family going to any other dental group!

The dentists and staff at are wonderful. Their aim is to make you feel relaxed, comfortable, and virtually pain free during each visit. I have nothing but praise for my experiences at Vista Ridge Family Dentistry.

Really amazing service and quality of care. I was looking for a dentist after not seeing one for 6 years and was lucky to stumble upon the great reviews for this place. They are all true! There's hot neck towels, personal televisions and even complimentary coffee and sparkling water while you wait! The staff was very friendly and I even received a phone call from Dr. Kerr to check on me after coming in for a filling . He did a great job on that filling by the way and didn't even need to use any Novocain! Although I walked in very anxious for that appointment, I was at ease during the entire process because he walked me through everything and assured I would be fine. No pain at all!

The best of the best! I’ve been looking for a dentist that will take the time and effort to clean my teeth, I have braces so it takes a while, I am never rushed when I come here the service is always very pleasant and worth it! If you are in need of a new dentist office look no further.

I've been going to Vista Ridge Family Dentistry for several years. I have never had a bad experience. They are very helpful from the time you call for an appointment until you're walking out the door, after your appointment. The professional staff there is exceptional, to a person. I highly recommend. (and yes I'm one of those people who hate to go to the dentist!!!).

March 2022 update:

VRFD continue to provide 5-star service. Dr. Wahi made sure that my bridge was perfect - had to send it to the lab 3 times before they got it right. I am so happy that she would not accept anything but the best fit for my bridge even when it caused her more work. Finally, a dentist that I feel like I can trust. Thanks!!!

Just completed my first visit to have a detached bridge reattached. The dentist, Max, was super personable and did excellent work. He made sure that the underlying issue with the bridge was corrected before cementing it back into place. And the assistant Amber was also great - easy to talk to and funny as well. Both made me comfortable and explained everything the were doing and Max made sure to communicate the fees associated with the work prior to performing the work.

I look forward to continuing have my dental work done at Vista Ridge Family Dentistry.

The entire staff is so delightful! They always do a great job. Dr. Patel, Melissa and Sarah are just amazing. April is always so helpful too! I've been recommending my friends and family to them because I've never been so comfortable with my experience at a dental office before! Keep up the great work.

The dentists and all the staff treat me like royalty. The area is clean and professional (a must), and they have treats/snacks while you wait plus warm pillows, blankets, and a TV screen while you're being treated. I've been treated by someone different every time but I have no complaints. On the contrary, I have only praise for this office. I've always been one to enjoy my 6-month dental cleaning, but this is just on the edge of spoiling me. I love this office! But we warned: they require punctuality, for which I'm a big proponent anyway. If you need to reschedule, or cancel, a good rule of thumb is 48 hours. Plus, I get emails and phone calls in advance so it's all around a beautiful experience. ❤❤❤❤
