I have been to many dentist over the years. This place always has phone issues. The orthodontist side is so over crowded and both sides are disorganized. My crowns that were done, they place a bump behind them, I went to a new dentist and THEY filed them down because when I asked them to do it at smile krafters, they only shaved a tiny bit off ONE of them and there are two side by side??!!! The new dentist said it was the worst job he has seen and no wonder it was so uncomfortable. I would never recommend them.

My visit was very nice. Jaime was very helpful, she told me everything that was going on and answered all my questions. Jaime was super nice and I really enjoyed having her clean my teeth. For the first time in a while my teeth actually felt clean after a visit.

I've been coming here for yrs now my children come here, I trust them and am always pleased with my experience. Today I got my teeth cleaned for the second time by Dani a very gentle hygienist who really cares about me being comfortable which is a biggie for me. I recommend this place many times and will recommend Dani specially to anyone who is a little nervous or sensitive. Awesome girls in the back, they genuinely care. Yes really!

One of the worst places I have ever been! The staff is very rude and Unprofessional! Plus no one ever answers the phone or calls you back like they tell you they will! I called numerous times and when I was lucky to get through I ended up getting disconnected! I had an appointment and they waited the day of my appointment to cancel it! I live over an hour away, needless to say we were in the parking lot when they called. We got to the office and no one knew anything about the call they made! This all could have been avoided if they would have answered the phone the numerous times I called!! Then staff accused me of withholding medical information and made it like it was my fault!! I also had a dentist appointment with them and decided that after the way I was treated I wanted to cancel the appointment so I called only to find out that they (smile crafters) canceled it!! What right did they have to do that without my permission or knowledge!! If I wouldn’t have called to cancel and actually kept the appointment that would have been another wasted trip!! They are extremely unprofessional and they don’t care about the patient or how much pain your in!!! I would never recommend them to anybody!!

The scheduling staff here are the rudest I have ever encountered, not to mention the slowest. They have a huge hygienist turnover rate therefore you usually get a call 2 days before your appointment telling you that your hygienist no longer works there and they will have to schedule you 6 months out now you're waiting a year just to have your teeth cleaned. I imagine the hygienist quit because they are so unprofessional at the desk. When you ask to speak to a manager they tell you they will have one contact you however they never do. The hygienists there are amazing they are so polite and clean your teeth so well but the rest of the staff are horrible

My son, who is on the spectrum, had his first appointment in the pediatric clinic yesterday & needed more work than I'd originally prepared him to have. Normally, unexpected changes send him into a meltdown, but that didn't happen, thanks to the patience & attention of all those involved with his care.
They really took the time to answer all of his questions, but, more importantly, they acknowledged his rights by collaborating a plan of action should he become overwhelmed - and then respected it! (To some of you, this will sound insignificant. Please understand, though, that for those of us with kids on the spectrum, this is EVERYTHING!)
Hands down, this was the best trip we've taken to any doctor, ever! Thank you all for taking such great care of my boy ❤

This is just based on the front desk/secretaries/phone services so far: THE WORST customer service imaginable! It took 3 days and calling the number on the Id instead of the number she told me to call in the voicemail for me to actually get an appointment and as a first time patient, I've never experienced anything quite like it! Phone tag and the staff seemed confused and uncooperative from the start, with the last woman I spoke to being moody, unfriendly, and hard to hear – it's clear she does not want to be there at all and she lets you know it; no wonder she gives you the main number then when she has to know that you don't get anyone right away! It's odd that they won't give patients the direct number when dealing with surgery that's urgent and in some cases, emergencies! She literally couldn't bother to speak clearly in the phone, talking in a depressive whisper that made me wonder not once that perhaps she is in true need of some help, it was so dramatically low in nature; it was awkward because she was relaying a clear message that dealing with patients was not what she cared to be doing. On my first call to them, a different lady made me transfer to a voicemail because she couldn't schedule appts for some reason I couldn't make out - she couldn't speak clearly and unfortunately I don't think she understood half of what I said desire my attempts in ever increasing slowness and clarity, even then substituting words to try & help; she also told me it would take a days time (with a truly urgent tooth problem & referral, I was surprised by this and that I need to first do a consultation a week from now & then schedule the surgery despite my dentist already giving the x-rays & medication refills, & knowing it's not the norm with oral surgery) so I wasn't expecting a call hours later that I missed, with me then playing phone tag because they don't answer ever on the main number and you always have to leave a message or request a callback. Basically just not professional or friendly, not convenient and I'm only hoping the surgeon isn't as bad as the operators on the phone. Based on reviews I've just read after my final call (because after dealing with such an unfriendly & unprofessional person, I am worrying if I should even risk going), I gather that this is the norm regarding the secretaries/phone service. It's a shame because it appears it's these few employees lowering the ratings so much

I got all four of my impacted wisdom teeth out today here and my experience was very well! Jackson the oral surgeon and the nurses who helped were very kind and made the procedure go smoothly and I was a lot less stressed out then what I thought I was going to be.
