Jaime was an absolute sweetheart! She made everything as painless and comfortable as possible for me. We chatted about The difference dentist hygienists and dentists. Dr.Patel came in and told me my teeth are not yellow but the traditional food might be the cause of it.
Great appointment, see you in 6 months! 👍🏼

Nothing has changed when it comes to scheduling appts. They still are under staffed. I've decided it's best to start looking for a new dental office. Because my fillings need to be addressed that they did and tried fixing and still arent done correctly. As a new client I'm not impressed with the general dentistry at all. Oral surgery 100% happy with every bit of the experience. Perhaps I should go to another dentists office that respects and values my time. I've been nothing but patient with the few visits I've been in for but this is ridiculous. The office does not do what you get scheduled for and then has the nerve to reschedule months out. Not acceptable at all.

Great experience! My daughter was super nervous and our dental hygienist, Sheri, calmed her and made her feel comfortable instantly! Sheri explained everything she was doing before she did it. She is soft spoken and friendly. Thank you for making her experience a positive one!

Been going here for years. Friendly atmosphere, always pleasant, and most importantly patients come first. Jaime my hygienist today did a great job at making me comfortable while taking x-rays. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist. Seen Dr. Drei is the best! Joie was super helpful!

I was in the waiting room for an hour before I gave up and left. I had an emergency appointment so I understand some wait but I made the appointment 3 days ago. So it wasn't same day or anything. It was very busy, as apparently many people are scheduled at once. Creating a surprisingly long line at reception.
Where several of the receptionists were in training. Again it's understandable they weren't proficient yet but the whole reception area was full of what looked like teenagers with no supervision at all. It was a very unprofessional atmosphere. The girl checking me in seemed to be brand new. Did not know how to do anything and kept asking the other receptionist for help. But the other receptionist was busy with the packed waiting room and long line I'd just been in so apparently she was on her own. She just sat there for a few minutes, playing with the swivel chair and talking to the other teenagers. The other girl told her to give me my paperwork to save time. But she didn't know where it was, told the girl that, was ignored, so she mumbled under her breath you give it to her and went back to playing with the swivel chair. Finally she went in the back to get help. Ten minutes or so later they finished and I sat down for another long wait before the other receptionist called me back, I'm not sure why. Went back to typing while I stood there wondering if I'd wandered into the twilight zone. Finally I realized an hour had passed and I was no closer to seeing a dentist then I'd been standing in line watching a bunch of teenagers and wondering what the dentists themselves we're like, if this is the initial impression they're ok with making. Now I'm home desperately trying to find a different dentist in a new city I'm unfamiliar with. Having wasted a whole day in pain from an infection I'll have even longer now.

Hey, if you ever want to be ignored - then this is the place for you! I’ve been going to this place with my mom since January and they’ve been great up until this month. My mom had an appointment scheduled for the 29th. I called to simply ask how much her dentures would come out to and was told that her appointment was never even put in their schedule. Every time I would call to ask if they had fixed the problem, I’d always get the usual response - “someone will call you back”. Well the day of the appointment came and still no call back. I had to call every 2 or 3 days just to simply ask if they could either reschedule my moms appointment or if we can still come in that day. I understand that they’re busy and have a lot of trainees - but seriously almost a whole month and they couldn’t get at least one person to call me back and help me reschedule? Now my mom is gonna be without teeth for who knows how long. Mind you, I applied for their care credit and everything to finally get my mom the dentures that she needs. It’s really unfortunate but I’ve lost all hope for this place. I’ll be taking my mom elsewhere.

Their good for emergency appointments and removals but that’s it. The “main” dentist told me there was staining from a decaying tooth and that after removal they could correct it then back tracked all her words on my next visit and left me without a tooth and a big a** stain on the next tooth. The dentist I originally booked to see quit and their “main dentist” gave me a poor excuse to them being understaffed and working all of covid meanwhile I’ve worked all of covid as well. Sorry excuse for a dentist office. Go elsewhere!!! Seriously! This said dentist was also the young Indian dentist named in several other reviews.. i wasn’t going to call her out but sense several other people have here u go. She’s the worst.

This dentist is horrible. The children side is great and have great patience! The adult side is so unorganized, rude, and ghetto "not all but majority of the younger ones. They schedule you an appointment for no reason when you have to wait like an hour and a half to be seen ! They barely communicate with each other. I scheduled and appointment for a fill in before my sons surgery, the lady gave me the appointment reminder card and when I went they said he doesn't have an appointment. I made sure they seen him that day
