SmileKrafters - Allentown Dentist

My very to SmileKrafters was a remarkable experience.
My potentially disastrous day was transformed by my encounter with Claudina at the front desk.
Without her intervention my appointment would have been canceled.
Her humorous interaction was infectious.
My gloom was transformed to sunshine and my “Dentists Visit” turned out to be fun.

Dr. Shah is the best dentist ever! Treated my daughter and I with respect and made sure she was comfortable through the entire experience. I recommend him 100%

I would recommend Smile Krafters to anyone my husband had 4 teeth pulled an the oral surgeon was amazing an the girls that work in the office an the girls that work next to the surgeon are amazing an I would like to thank Shanice see help my husband when he woke up an she explained everything to me very well Thank you Shanice a job well done Lori an Arquimides Bonilla

Poor customer service, these people asked me to leave my number and they will call me back to set up an appointment for my son, even though it was an emergency, they never call or whatever, they really need to grow up and be professionals, they behave as if they’re in zoo

We took our granddaughter to get wisdom teeth out surgeon refuse to do it because are custody paper wasn't good enough but yet it's good enough for doctors dentist school etc wasted my time

My 13 year old, mute, autistic child was scheduled for a surgery with Jackson Nguyen. I was anticipating them being uncooperative. However, to my surprise, they were quite complacent, but timid about the procedure. However, when it came time for the IV, they were more hesitant. No temper tantrums, no negative behavior, just hesitant about giving the nurse their hand. The nurse left the room after about two, three minutes. Came back with the surgeon, Jackson Nguyen. Well, he immediately started lecturing them on how they had to have the IV and they were an inconvenience to his other patients who actually wanted their procedure done, and that my child's lack of acknowledgement meant that they did not want the procedure done and directed his staff to immediately refer them somewhere else. They start taking off the wires and throw a referral into my hand. My 13 is in tears after being lectured and told that they were an 'inconvenience' by the surgeon. He leaves the room telling us we have to leave. I am obviously upset and trying to coax my 13 into leaving. The surgeon can hear me talking, and turns around and says what? I said, had you been paying attention, you would see they were moving their hand to have the IV put in, but you would not stop talking and actually pay attention to them. He then proceeds to lecture me on how they were not cooperative and we were wasting his time and it was done and we needed to leave. I told him I was not dragging my crying 13 year old, autistic child down the hall and he was going to wait. He continues to go on and on and on. Then yells at one of his staff to call the POLICE to have us removed. He was flat out an uncaring, terrible person. Not even to speak of his abilities as a surgeon, but his abilities as a person are horrendous. Horrendous.

I am very afraid of dental visits. I was pushing back dental surgery because I hated the dentist I used to go to, that's when Cailyn Reinhard recommended Smilekrafters. I am beyond please with how her and the rest of the staff treated me. They met all my needs and more. They are so gentle and quick I barley knew I had my surgery done. They will have a forever patient and I would recommend to anyone.

Jaime was a terrific hygienist. I appreciate her work & her care. She has a great personally & it has made my stay here much more enjoyable!! Highly recommend!!!!!

On the other hand, I arrived approximately at 7:35 & my appointment was for 7:45. I was called up at 8:03. There was no one at the front desk (for regular check ups only surgery). I’m not making it a big deal. I’m just saying we potentially need more individuals up there!

Today was my first appointment for an oral surgery consult, and I have to say, I was impressed. The waiting room was
comfortable, the staff at the front desk were friendly. Then I went back to a room & the woman who was in there with me (not sure if she was a hygienist or what) was super nice, went over my personal information/health concerns, she explained everything. Dr. Nguyen was super nice, also explained what would be going on in my next appointment, & answered all of my questions & concerns. For the first time ever, I'm excited to go back to a dentist to get work done without having any major fears, all of them were put to rest by the time I left their office.

I had a good experience. Julia, my hygienist, was nice. She did a good job!
