This was my son’s first time going to a pediatric dentist. He is 2 years old. When I walked into the office I was not greeted with a hello or good morning, instead I was asked for my sons insurance card then handed paperwork right away. I completed it all, handed it back in then received back my insurance card. I waited 10 to 15 minutes to be called back. When I had called to make the appointment they told me I would have to sit in the chair with him to keep him comfortable, I mentioned I was 8 months pregnant and they suggested I bring someone to help me out. When my sons name was called I grabbed my son and started walking back with my sister the hygienist told me there is a one parent to one child policy. I told her “he is my son & this is my sister who is going to sit with him because I am clearly 8 months pregnant” she said “ok fine”. We get to the chair & as she’s preparing she asks me of any known allergies he has right as the “allergy paperwork” is sitting in front of her on the desk. She looked at his teeth & asked me if he can talk (which again was written on the paperwork in front of her, that he has delayed speech). She brought the doctor in & he examined my sons mouth & sang baby shark with him & talked to him to make him more comfortable. When we got to check out. The receptionist handed my son the toy bin & said several times for him to pick only 1. I’m sorry but when you hand an entire toy bin to a 2 year old of course he’s going to want one of everything in the bin. I did make another appointment to be back in 6 months & I didn’t even get an appointment card. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with everyone besides the doctor himself. In the mean time, I suggest don’t go there unless you want to be given attitude & rushed by every one of those girls who work there. They seem like they don’t even want to be there and hate their job. I will be calling around for a new dentist for my son

I do not recommend this place. My child was yelled at for being scared. The dentist tried but the assistants where aweful who yelled at little kids. I do not recommend this place. Also they want to put down 4 and 5 year olds because they have no manners or willing talk with adolescent.

I’ve been taking my mother to her appointments at this place and they are absolutely terrible. I am not sure where this dentist got his degree, but it was most likely online doing lab simulations. These people do three consultations before they actually schedule a patient for surgery. Tell me, how much time you need to figure out what the issue is with one patient?!? Also, the staff are not knowledgeable with dentistry, they seem to just hire anyone, since a toddler picked up the phone when I tried to schedule an appointment with Smile Crafters for my mom. Additionally, these folks are awful with scheduling appointments. They tend to cancel the appointments they book for their patients at a frequent rate without any notice. Lastly, their response for all bad reviews is generic, so this shows that this company gives absolutely no cares for customer feedback or satisfaction.

I went in for a cleaning. Dani was very professional and explained the process of the cleaning very thoroughly.
I also needed X-rays and Dani made me aware that once the sensor was available that I would get my X-rays done. Dani walked me through every step and what was gonna happen next.

Dani did a great job! I would recommend her to anyone!

They are the best dentist in town. The staff is very nice , polite , very friendly. My daughter had an appointment today for a cleaning. Sally Ann is so kind and gentle and made my daughter very comfortable and safe. My daughter gets very nervous and she made her feel relax and assure her that everything is going to be fine. I recommend them 1000% #THEBEST #SMILEKAFTERS

Great with children and emergencies! They were absolutely wonderful. The office is very kid friendly and the staff was amazing. It was the best dental experience my kids have ever gotten and i couldn't have asked for anything more. They offer a calm and comforting atmosphere which the kids loved!

This is a follow up review. Worst time slots and they are way too commercialized. No personal touch whatsoever. They have the worst follow through and follow up with you or your insurance company. Would avoid them at all costs. All about their money and it shows.

Another review: why do I still come here? Been coming here way too long now. Family of 6 and they cant seem to get anything right with appointments.

This place has 0 respect for people's time. I had to wait over a month, and in pain, for a root canal and when finally AT my appointment, the doctor was not there and they had to reschedule me. The second time after completing my paperwork and waiting for over an hour the doctor decided that he/she couldn't see me because was running behind. I WAS ON TIME FOR MY APPT. They could do NOTHING for me. I suggest if you're looking for reliable and prompt care, go somewhere else. I will be taking my business somewhere where my time, and money isn't wasted and I feel respected, and cared for. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. 👎

Getting a tooth pulled today. I was 10 minutes early like I was told to be. 40 minutes passed my appointment time and I was told it'd be at least 20 more minutes. I'm very pregnant and very hungry and VERY PISSED because I had to wait just as long for a consultation at a previous appointment. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. No one should have to wait like this. It may look nice in here, but I've been in less swanky dental offices with much kinder and quicker staff. The least you can do is inform your patients that you're running behind. Absolutely pathetic. Oh, and if you're late even a minute or two, they won't see you.
